Raised in the Protestant faith, Rachel's spiritual journey has been a dynamic exploration, encompassing New Age New Thought, Spiritualism, Soka Gakkai Buddhism, Kundalini Yoga, and the transformative path of plant medicine as a Shaman.

Drawing from her diverse spiritual background, Rachel integrates her knowledge with training in the science of the mind and metaphysics, alongside certifications in Advanced Theta Healing, Reiki, Kundalini Yoga, and Psychic Meditation. Through this holistic approach, she develops and delivers frameworks for well-being, rooted in the belief that universal truth must resonate across all perspectives.

Rachel's guiding principle is that everything, even miracles and magic, can make sense when approached with an understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, heart, and soul. Her motto, "it has to make sense," underscores her commitment to unraveling limiting beliefs and expanding perceptions of ultimate reality.

Prior to embracing her spiritual gifts, Rachel spent a decade as a world-touring recording artist and pro-vocalist in the music industry. Through this experience, she intimately understands the allure of fame and fortune, yet also recognizes the importance of integrating both light and darkness within oneself.

Having confronted her own mortality through a stage IV cancer diagnosis and PTSD, Rachel holds a profound understanding of both life and death. Her experiences have led her to facilitate soulful transitions, guiding individuals towards the realization that they are always connected to The Divine.

Having spent decades in active “sex, love and fantasy addiction” as well as high-spectrum Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and misophonia, Rachel is dedicated to invoking innate joy and lightness within others while dismantling beliefs rooted in self-punishment and shame.

As a clairaudient, clairsentient, and clairalient, she possesses psychic abilities that enable her to connect deeply with the subconscious mind, plant medicine spirits, and streams of consciousness. Through her teachings, Rachel empowers advanced students to cultivate telepathy and empathy, fostering a deeper understanding of existence and maintaining inner peace amidst life's challenges.

Dividing her practice between Atlanta, Los Angeles, and the Puntarenas Region of Costa Rica, Rachel offers in-person transformational workshops while also connecting with clients and students worldwide through her Shamanic School of Mediumship and The Mushroom Mystic Circle.
