Live it.

We recommend taking 1.5 days off of regular activities before your weekend and 3 days off (minimum) after your weekend. It’s time to book your flights, make travel arrangements, plan your days before and after and create intentionality in the weeks leading up to your weekend: We recommend a high organic vegan diet (60% or more), lots of rest, no alcohol, cutting down on caffeine and daily meditation.
